We recognize that each of our patients is a whole person and that achieving true health and wellness requires collaboration between health professional and patient. Care at Sugar Hill recognizes that lifestyle factors like exercise, diet, rest and environment have a significant impact on health. We often find it helpful to “coach” our patients on certain activities to avoid or do differently in order to make progress with their particular health challenge. Our goal is to help every patient achieve a fulfilling and pain-free life, full of activities they enjoy most.
